Purpose.
Reading, approval, and commitment to comply with the internal regulations of the "Le Soleil du Gers" campsite by its occupying clients and guests. In the event of repeated non-compliance with the regulations, the campsite reserves the right to refuse any future stays.

 
Preamble.
These regulations aim to ensure the safety, comfort, and respect for all residents of the campsite and authorized visitors. They apply from the time they are posted on the website and upon access to the campsite. They may be modified without prior notice. Residents and guests will be informed as soon as possible, and the display points will be updated. We thank you for respecting these rules for the well-being of all.

2. Admission and Stay Conditions.
To be admitted to enter, set up, or stay on the campsite, prior authorization from the manager or their representative is required. The latter is responsible for maintaining order and ensuring compliance with these internal regulations. Staying on the campsite or being present as a visitor implies acceptance of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. No one may establish permanent residence on the campsite; no permanent stays are allowed.

 
3. Police Formalities.
Unaccompanied minors will only be admitted with written authorization from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s). In accordance with Article R.611-35 of the Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right to Asylum, the manager is required to have foreign clients complete and sign an individual police form upon arrival. This form must include: full name, date and place of birth, nationality, and usual residence. Children under 15 years of age may be included on one of the parents' forms.

 
4. Installation.
Outdoor accommodations and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated by the campsite manager or their representative, in accordance with the given instructions.

5. Reception Office.
The reception office is open:
  • From October 16 to March 15: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Sundays.
  • From March 16 to October 15: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM every day.
Campsite occupants will find all information about campsite services, supply possibilities, sports facilities, local tourist attractions, and useful addresses at the reception office.
A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to clients, who can request it from the manager or their representative. Complaints will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as precise as possible, and relate to recent events. Oral complaints will be considered by the manager or their representative and processed accordingly. In the event of a dispute, and after discussing it with the campsite manager, any dissatisfied client has the option to contact a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint.

 
6. Display.
These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception. They are provided to any client upon request. For classified campsites, the classification category (tourism or leisure) and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed.
The prices of various services are communicated to clients under conditions set by the decree of the Minister responsible for consumer affairs and are available at the reception.

 
7. Arrival and departure procedures.
The balance of the stay must be paid at least fifteen days before the client's arrival at the campsite in the case of a rental. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the reservation. For a pitch, payment must be made on the day of arrival at the latest.
A deposit will be paid on the day of arrival and refunded on the day of departure, after deducting any damages noted during the departure inspection (for rentals).
Clients are asked to notify the office of their departure the day before, if this was not done on the day of their arrival. Check-out for rentals must be completed by 10:00 AM, and check-in is from 2:30 PM.

8. Visitors.
Every visitor must report to the reception for police formalities. After being authorized by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the camper hosting them. The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, they must comply with the internal regulations. The hosting camper must pay a fee if the visitor accesses the campsite's facilities and/or services.
Visitor Rates:
- less than 2 hours: free.
- more than 2 hours: €8/day/adult (18 years and older) and €2.50/day/child (4 to 12 years) for the use of private property facilities and leisure environment provided. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception.
Unless being authorized by the manager or their representative, visitors are not allowed to pass the entrance barrier with their vehicle, which must be parked outside the campsite. Visitors must leave the site by 10:30 PM. Tolerance will be applied for visitors participating in an activity organized by the campsite, within the framework of that activity.
In the event of non-compliance with these regulations or proven disturbance to other residents, the offending client or visitor will be issued a formal notice to cease the disturbance by the campsite representative or their delegate. If this first warning is not followed, the campsite management or its representative reserves the right to expel or have the troublemakers expelled by law enforcement. This expulsion may be permanent.

9. Noise and animals.
- Noise and Silence:
Campsite users commit to avoiding any noise that could disturb their neighbors. Audio devices must be set at an appropriate volume, car doors and trunks must be closed as quietly as possible, and the volume of conversations must be acceptable. Quiet hours are mandatory between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM. In high season, activities will end by 11:30 PM.
- Animals:
Upon entering the establishment, the tattoo certificate for dogs and cats, which must wear a collar, must be presented. In accordance with Article 211-1 of the Rural Code and applicable ministerial decrees and orders, Category 1 "attack dogs" (e.g., pit bulls) and Category 2 "guard and defense dogs" (e.g., Rottweilers) are prohibited in the campsite. Except for cats, which are allowed to roam freely, dogs and other animals must not be left to roam freely; they must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite. They must not be left on the campsite premises in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.
10. Safety.
- Fire:
Personal electrical appliances such as barbecues, griddles, etc., as well as open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Stoves must be kept in good working condition and not used in dangerous conditions. In case of fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers are available for use in case of necessity. A first aid kit is available at the reception. In case of a medical emergency, dial 15 (SAMU) or 112 (European emergency number) and immediately inform the campsite staff.
The use of common elements is only possible with the authorization of the campsite management under the conditions set at the time of authorization.
- Theft:
The management has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Clients are fully responsible for their own installations and must report any anomalies or suspicious presence to the campsite manager. Although security is provided, campsite users must take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings.

11. Games.
No violent or disruptive games may be organized near the facilities. The meeting room cannot be used for boisterous games. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents. For access to the pool, swim briefs or swim trunks are mandatory. Wearing a swimsuit that complies with hygiene standards is mandatory to access the pool. Street shorts, burkinis, and street clothing are prohibited.
